class prophecies

Our class prophecies from 1997.

Brian Collins: "I will go to SUNY Oswego. I plan to become a Social Studies Teacher. When I graduate I will take Mr. Cosco's job because he said he wanted me to have it. Or I'll work with Darin Smith in the Spandex Factory or lastly I'll become the mayor of Walden."

Tara Conklin-Kosinda: "Upon graduating from Valley Central High School, Tara would like to go to college and become a doctor. She would then like to move to the Bahamas where in between water skiiing, wind surfing, and lying on the beach, she would provide medical care to the local natives."

Kristy Connors: "I plan to go to Orange County Community College for their Nursing Program. When I graduate, I plan to work in St. Luke's Hospital. When Lou graduates, I plan to go to Michigan with him and work in a hospital there."

Trinette Cossa: "My future plans are to attend college and play softball. While starting my career as an accountant, I plan to graduate from college with a business degree. I also plan to try out for the Olympic Softball team. I would also like to start a movement to allow women to play major league baseball."

Alycia Craig: "I plan to attend college, graduate as Valedictorian, marry, gamble, lose everything, pawn my firstborn, buy a refrigerator box. I will take up residence under the George Washington Bridge, find a discarded Lotto ticket, win 5 million dollars and live in the lap of luxury."

Jennifer Crop-Wilde: "I plan to attend Brigham Young University in the fall majoring in Music. I hope to serve a mission for my church and when I return, I hope to keep performing. Once on my feet, I'd like to get married and start a family... maybe 10 or 11 kids... just joshing. Bye!"

Thomas Cummings: "The job I'm getting is drinking coffee and eating doughnuts while making $30 an hour."

Jason Davis: "My future plans are to join the Air Force then go to college, become a cop, marry a rich woman, quit my job, move to the beach, have 3 children (2 boys, 1 girl), then coach my sons' football and baseball teams."

Mary Anne Dempsey: "My future plans are to go to college at Delhi and room with my best buddy - Mandy. From there I will move as far away from Walden as possible. I'll start my own chain of hotels in the Islands and someday marry my true love. But, as always, I'll never forget my friends. Smile!"

Amy Devitt-Mortko: "I am definitely planning on leaving good old Montgomery and moving onto bigger and better things. College is certainly my next step, but I am not sure which one yet. It has been a great 4 years and I am anxious to see how everyone handles the "real world"."
