Our class prophecies from 1997.
Peter Torres: "I will flee to Canada after graduation and construct weapons of awesome power. After running North Dakota with an Iron Fist, I will take over Wyoming. After Wyoming, then the world! After that, I'll see you all at OCCC."
John Truglio: "My future plans are to study the part of myself that was born very abnormally. My mind. I'd also like to meet a woman just like me and marry her. Hopefully, our kids will turn out ok. Probably not. I also want to see Pink Floyd and Garth in concert."
Thomas Tsigrelis: "When I get out of school I will become a professional authentic Greek cook who will make all the Greek pastries including Baklava for Casey. I will also make Gyros and especially for Casey, Spanekopita. Then I will be rich after selling my recipes."
Scott Uszenski: "I am going to college and becoming a Social Studies teacher. I will come and get a job at V.C. On the side I will work at the Spandex Company with Brian and Darin or beat Brian out for the mayor of Walden."
Matthew Varley: "My future plans are that I will be a roadie for the come back trail of INXS. Right at the pinnacle of my stage life, I'll choke on a taco and be forgotten."
Arthur Vesely: "I plan to take a year off to relax, earn some money and think about the future. After my vacation I plan to go to a school where I can excel as a diesel engine technician. Some day I may have worked on the engine in your car, truck, or equipment."
Emma Voegelin: "I plan to graduate from New Paltz and become a teacher or photographer. I plan to get married and have a wonderful family. I will move to New Hampshire or Vermont."
Heather Wall: "My future plans are to live a life of fun and happiness no matter what I may be doing. I hope to find success in the entertainment and performance industry. If that fails I don't know where I'll turn, but that's not important. What is important to me is my happiness, not my occupation."
Amanda Warnke: "I plan to become an interior designer and design my mansion. I will marry a rich, handsome, husband and shop everyday. I will have everything I want and need, and will die a happy woman."
Sharga Watson-Frey: "A person once told me "There is always light at the end of the tunnel". Over the years I have taken the initiative to walk towards that light. Using ambition to go beyond it, I will succeed. My endeavor is to teach others as well as I have been taught."
